As Engagement Director and Project Manager at PropNexus, I work with housing providers and property organisations to transform the way their portfolios and services are managed.
PropNexus provides the operational backbone often missing from traditional property technology. Built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform, it connects properties, buildings, units, assets, tenants, vendors and services within one governed operational framework.
My role focuses on understanding the operational challenges facing organisations and bringing together the right people, technology and delivery strategy to create measurable improvements across:
• Repairs and maintenance
• Compliance and governance
• Asset and contractor management
• Voids and property operations
• Tenant and resident services
• Operational reporting and performance
I bring more than 20 years of experience across global talent acquisition, project management and resource planning within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Throughout my career, I have helped resource and deliver £1m+ Microsoft Dynamics programmes across the UK, Europe, South Africa and APAC. My experience spans Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Business Central, Customer Engagement, GP, Azure and the wider Microsoft technology stack.
I have built international delivery teams, supported partner enablement and connected organisations with specialist permanent and contract professionals across consulting, architecture, support and project delivery.
Today, my focus is helping PropNexus bridge the gap between technology and day-to-day property operations—giving organisations greater visibility, stronger governance and a more connected experience for tenants, teams and delivery partners.

Kelly brings over 7 years of experience within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem, with a strong background in relationship building, recruitment, contractor engagement and strategic market development.
A key area of Kelly’s focus today is PropNexus, where she works across the housing and property sectors to build relationships, develop strategic opportunities and help organisations explore how technology can transform the way property portfolios are operated.
Built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform, PropNexus provides an operational backbone across properties, buildings, units and assets — helping organisations improve visibility, coordinate services and vendors, strengthen governance and deliver a better tenant and resident experience.
Alongside this, Kelly remains actively involved as Co-Founder & COO of Bourne Associates SAAS, supporting Microsoft Dynamics partners, end users and contractors across the UK and Europe.
Bourne Associates continues to provide both recruitment and contractor solutions, helping organisations secure experienced Microsoft Dynamics professionals while also enabling direct engagement with specialist contractors through the Bourne Associates platform.
Kelly’s role across both businesses is centred around relationships — understanding what organisations need, connecting the right people and technology, and building long-term partnerships across Microsoft Dynamics, housing and property.
