At bourne associates, Paul and Kelly are passionate about creating opportunities for people to come together, share ideas, and build genuine connections. Their vision for Th!nk Dynamics event is to inspire collaboration, encourage new perspectives, and strengthen relationships across industries.
A Day of Learning & Connection
The inaugural event in June 2025 brought professionals together for a day designed to spark meaningful conversations. Attendees enjoyed thought-provoking discussions, opportunities to learn from one another, and space to create long-lasting relationships. The day closed with a relaxed mix-and-mingle drinks reception, giving everyone the chance to connect further.
Relaxed & Inspiring Location
Set against the backdrop of Mojácar Playa on the stunning Costa de Almería, the event offered a chance to disconnect from the everyday and focus on what really matters. With the whitewashed village of Mojácar Pueblo nearby, the setting created the perfect blend of inspiration and relaxation, making the occasion as memorable as it was productive.

So when I was invited to speak at Th!nk Dynamics 2025 by Paul Dennis the co-founder of Bourne Associates SAAS in the beautiful location of Mojácar Spain🇪🇸 it was a definite yes.
What a way to start the week yest
One of my true passions is being a Speaker. And it’s not often you get the opportunity to speak from stage in your shorts!
So when I was invited to speak at Th!nk Dynamics 2025 by Paul Dennis the co-founder of Bourne Associates SAAS in the beautiful location of Mojácar Spain🇪🇸 it was a definite yes.
What a way to start the week yesterday being able to share how we enable companies to ‘Grow by Definition not by Chance’ and connect with so many inspiring people who are experts in the D365 World.
Honoured to share the stage with so many inspiring speakers including Sam Dharmasiri who shared his journey through growing several Dynamics companies and exit and the lessons learned.
As always at events the best part of the day was the people and making new connections and getting to spend quality time together along with some fantastic food in a great location.
