Before moving to Malta, he garnered experience at the most known Russian luxury retail chain TSUM. Prior to
his Technical Architect position, he went through his way from Junior Developer, to Middle and then Senior
Developer. He was working on the vast variety of complex tasks in Finance, Retail, Warehousing and other D365
modules. He is well respected by his colleagues for his knowledge, calm demeanour and meticulous and goaloriented approach.
For the last two years he was involved in more than 10 international projects as a Senior Developer and
Technical Architect. Most of his recent projects were transitions to D365FO and included several integrations
with 3rd party software. Sergei has been involved in several implementations from the early phases to a

requirements in the ERP to meet clients' unique needs.
