We work on behalf of end user organisations alongside their chosen implementation partner to provide a level of assurance, guidance, challenge and monitoring against the defined scope, timeline and required outcomes of Dynamics 365 implementations. 

ERPWorks has developed a comprehensive approach comprising a checklist of circa 350 questions, 12 workshops and multiple activities that will help ensure that a Dynamics 365 project is properly scoped, planned, budgeted, scheduled and executed. We proactively identify risks that arise and work with all parties to remove or mitigate them.

D365 Project Leadership

We work for end user organisations to lead you through your D365 Implementations, bringing our experience inside your team to bolster and smooth the transition from your current systems onto Dynamics 365. From leading complete Programmes to leading streams of work inside a larger engagement, our flexible team can help guide you in the right direction.

All of our resources are capable and experienced in the hands-on configuration of Dynamics 365. This experience and skill is something that we leverage when engaged through our leadership product, to ensure that work being planned or executed by internal and external teams is moving the project in the right direction at all times.

Programme/Project Management - We provide skilled programme management to assist with the planning, budgeting and execution of your Dynamics 365 project. Working with your Steering Group to provide effective but pragmatic leadership. Within this engagement the identification and monitoring of risks is included, essentially we embed our D365 Project Assurance capability into every programme we lead. Our team has led programmes for organisations at scale such as Pepco, Wahl, Nando's group, Fortnum & Mason across D365 Finance, Supply Chain & D365 Commerce

Principle Functional Consultants - Our deeply experienced team of certified consultants managed by our COO Craig Da Silva, lead streams of work across Finance, Sales, Production, Warehousing, Data Migration and Integrations. They work with the internal resources to ensure any consulting partners have the access to the right business knowledge when needed, and work with those partners to ensure that the quality of consulting and solutioning they provide is at the highest level.

Solution Architects - we categorise our architects between the Functional & Technical Streams, with an overlap between each. We are able to create or review proposed architectures to provide candid feedback on challenges or improvements that could be made both in terms of improved functionality alignment or better technical approaches. Sometimes just a translation into non-technical language is enough to improve understanding and result in better adoption!Business Analysts - we have built long standing relationships with some of the most effective business analysts working across a variety of ERP platforms. We prefer our Analysts to be platform agnostic to ensure that there focus remains unclouded by any limitations of the chose application. However, they work very closely with our Principle Consultants to guide discussions that push the boundaries of system capability whilst identifying places where customisation will deliver true lasting value.

Our D365 Risk Monitoring service is based on the combined use of our experience and our Project Risk Score app.

We developed the D365 specific Project Risk Score app to guide our assessors when reviewing a programme across a range of categories, this assessment takes 1-3 days to complete. Our App delivers a dashboard showing areas that risks were found in, the size of the risk based on our experience and provides  the ability to deep dive into which elements of the programme are driving those risk scores.
