He is also responsible for attracting the top tier talent providing project resource across the UK, Europe and South Africa. This includes all areas of Dynamics 365 Finance, Business Central and Customer Engagement. Solutions include Support & Maintenance, Project Management,

Consulting and Architecture. Paul has also been responsible for UK based Graduate Programme, including Early careers programmes. Working directly with resource planning to establish perm / contract buy in. Exceptional delivery experience within the professional services sector. With proven & demonstrable delivering capability in D365 projects (Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM / CE / BC / GP) across the globe covering Australia, APAC and Europe (Budgets of £650k - £1.2m).
