While applying for Software Engineering roles I stumbled across the Dynamics 365 industry and never looked back. Learning about how industries function, understanding their goals and pain points, then being able to deliver a system that improves their work life, brings huge efficiencies and helps grow their business is something else.

While applying for Software Engineering roles I stumbled across the Dynamics 365 industry and never looked back. Learning about how industries function, understanding their goals and pain points, then being able to deliver a system that improves their work life, brings huge efficiencies and helps grow their business is something else.
During my career I have been engaged in multiple roles within the industry, starting from the support desk and then technical consultant, into project manager and product owner. With this diverse set of experiences, I've grown to understand how key it is to understand the industry you're working with, ensure that the platform is scalable and that the customer understands the system being developed throughout the whole process. Adopting agile principles and regular deployment is by far the best way to bring immediate value as it allows businesses to understand, adapt and remain engaged with the development and ensure that everything aligns with their goals.
Outside of work you can find me developing my terrible chess game, chilling with board/video games, playing volleyball and dreaming about the next winter to go snowboarding again. Additionally, I am a parent for an extremely needy fluffy cat who makes sure to pay me a visit on just about every meeting I have.
